Brand Story
Dr. Talon Maningas was born and raised in Joplin, Missouri. He studied at Oklahoma State University and completed his medical degree magna cum laude at Kansas City University before earning an MBA in healthcare leadership at Rockhurst and completing a fellowship at Southern Surgical Arts in Chattanooga — performing over 1,200 cosmetic procedures under two of the most respected cosmetic surgeons in the country. When he returned home to Joplin in 2016 to open Maningas Cosmetic Surgery, he brought triple board certification, fellowship training, and an unshakeable belief that patients deserve to be treated like family — not cases.
Eight years later, the practice has performed over 2,500 surgeries, earned 239 five-star reviews, and grown into a full-spectrum cosmetic and wellness destination for patients across Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
