Brand Story

Zachery Adam, a Social Anthropology graduate from UC Santa Cruz, came to mortgage lending the way most great practitioners do — by living the problem. After buying his first home at age 24, he became fascinated by the process and never looked back. Nearly 30 years later, he operates GoPrime Mortgage of West Asheville from Haywood Road — right in the heart of the neighborhood he serves — as a co-founding board member of R.E.A.C.H. (Real Estate Agents Combating Homelessness) and a parent who sends his children to Rainbow Community School. He describes his work not as mortgage lending but as "facilitating dreams and honoring the start of a new home." GoPrime gives him the national product breadth of a large lender and the independence to stay local, personal, and human.

Target Audience

Western NC renters and relocators ages 25–40 ($40K–$100K household income) ready to transition to homeownership but intimidated by the mortgage process, who value education and transparency, are skeptical of large banks, and want a local, community-minded lender who will guide and inform them at every stage rather than process them.
